Delivery Options

We currently offer local delivery only. If you’re outside our delivery area, please contact us to arrange a custom order.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver Monday to Saturday, between 10.30 am and 2:00 pm. No deliveries are made on Sundays or bank holidays.

Next-day delivery (Mon–Sat) for orders placed before 8 pm. Available to selected postcodes. Please note that some items require up to 2 days’ notice (see product pages for details).

In-Store Pickup

Shop online and collect from your nearest Bonne Bouche shop at no extra cost.

Order online before 8 pm for next-day collection from any of our London shops. Collections are available from 11 am until 15 minutes before closing. Please note that some items need up to 2 days’ notice (see product pages). Orders containing these items may not be fulfilled for next-day collection.

· Orders £30–£59.99: £4.95

· Orders £60+: Free delivery

Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout. Addresses outside our courier zones may incur an additional charge.

We’ll do our best to deliver within the stated window, but delays can occur due to traffic incidents, access issues or incorrect addresses.
