Refund policy
We’re unable to accept returns as all our products are freshly made and perishable.
To maintain quality, we can only hold pre-ordered items in-store for up to 48 hours after the scheduled collection time. Orders not collected within this period will be discarded, and no refunds or claims will be accepted.
While we aim to prepare all orders within 24 hours, please ensure collection within the 48-hour window.
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
